Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership: Manage the entire branch's Target, Profit & Loss.

Team Development: Implement GatiLek’s high-performance culture and mentor the team to move from "Product & Value Selling."

OEM and End-User Mapping: Identifying all Machine Manufacturers (OEMs) in the Pune cluster and mapping their current automation preference

Keeping a record of what equipment is already installed at End-User sites to pitch timely upgrades, AMC, or replacement panels

Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively finding new customers and converting inquiries into Purchase Orders

Product Demo & Specification: Coordinating with technical team and customer for our product basket to convince the client’s on our offering

Proposal Management: Working with the Internal and Technical team to prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and commercial quotes.

Market Intelligence: Providing regular feedback on competitor pricing and new product launches in your assigned territory.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in site commissioning and industrial automation projects.

Technical Core: Hands-on experience in PLC Programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred), VFD Parameterisation, and HMI configuration. (Siemens Preferable)

PLC Programming Expertise: Taking full ownership of PLC logic development (primarily Siemens TIA Portal), including hardware configuration, block programming, and system optimization for high-end control panels.

Data Mining: Researching and identifying new potential customers and finding verified contact details (LinkedIn, Directories, Portals) for the sales team.
