For Mumbai Role: Must be a Mumbai resident with a deep understanding of the local industrial landscape. Proven experience in dealing with OEMs, EPCs, and Panel Builders. Must understand the technical procurement cycles of large-scale engineering projects

For Pune Role: Must be a Pune resident with established local roots and professional networks.Pune Sales: Extensive experience serving OEMs, Panel Builders, EPCs, and Industrial End Users. Should be well-versed in the "Machine Manufacturing" culture of Pune.

For Surat Role: Must be a Surat resident with established local roots and professional networks. Surat Sales: Extensive experience serving OEMs, Mid and Large Size End Users.

We are looking for high-energy, technically sound Sales Professionals to drive GatiLek’s growth in the industrial space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively finding new customers and converting inquiries into Purchase Orders

Product Demo & Specification: Coordinating with technical team and customer for our product basket to convince the client’s on our offering

Proposal Management: Working with the Internal and Technical team to prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and commercial quotes.

Market Intelligence: Providing regular feedback on competitor pricing and new product launches in your assigned territory.

HMI/SCADA Visualisation Specialist

Mumbai

Experience: 2+ years in the field of Industrial Automation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in major SCADA/HMI softwares (Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware)

Domain Knowledge: A basic understanding of industrial processes (P&IDs, flowcharts) so you can represent them accurately on screen.

Key Responsibilities

UI Design: Creating aesthetically superior and high-performance HMI (Human Machine Interface) and SCADA screens for diverse industrial projects.

Standardization: Developing a "GatiLek Style Library"—ensuring a consistent look, color palette, and navigation across all our automation software.

Data Mapping: Working closely with PLC Engineers to link backend "tags" to visual elements, ensuring 100% accuracy in real-time data representation.

Alarm & Trend Management: Designing efficient layouts for critical alarm monitoring and historical data trending to help end-users make faster decisions.

Testing & Simulation: Conducting thorough UI testing to ensure responsiveness and ease of use before the system is deployed at the client site.

Automation Technical Expert

Mumbai, Bharuch, Pune

Experience: 3+ years of experience in site commissioning and industrial automation projects.

Technical Core: Hands-on experience in PLC Programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred), VFD Parameterisation, and HMI configuration. (Siemens Preferable)

Automation Technical Experts to lead the site-level execution of our high-end control solutions. You will be the bridge between our engineering designs and the client's reality

Key Responsibilities

PLC Programming Expertise: Taking full ownership of PLC logic development (primarily Siemens TIA Portal), including hardware configuration, block programming, and system optimization for high-end control panels.

Troubleshooting & Support: Acting as the lead technical "problem-solver" on-site; diagnosing and resolving complex logic bugs, hardware failures, or communication errors to ensure zero downtime for the client.

Documentation (Internal & External): Ensuring 100% accuracy in technical records—including "As-Built" drawings and I/O lists for the client, and detailed Daily Progress Reports (DPR) via the HRMS for GatiLek HQ

Technical Process Adherence: Strictly following the GatiLek Engineering Standards—from the initial code structure to the final safety testing protocols—ensuring every project maintains our signature quality.

Strategic Collaboration: Working in a "Unified Engineering" environment; collaborating with the Visualisation team for seamless HMI mapping and the Coding team (VB/Java) for successful database and ERP integrations.
